John Kale Phillips is a lifelong resident of Paragould, Arkansas. After working several years for Emerson Electric in Paragould, Mr. Phillips owned his own successful cleaning service until 2009 when he retired and went full time at the funeral home. He now is a Licensed Funeral Director and is proud to serve Greene County and the surrounding areas. 
Melissa Phillips is also a lifelong resident of Greene County and has spent most of her life serving the community in some form. She currently owns and operates Bren's Flowers and is Co-Owner of Phillips Funeral Home. Kale and Melissa purchased the former Center Hill Church of Christ building and construction started in September 2005. Their desire to open a funeral home was realized in December 2005 and continues to be a growing part of this community. They have one Daughter, Lacey and her husband Andy Sain and two beautiful granddaughters; Kynzley and Kalyana.
Kay Greenway is a life long resident of Greene County. She spent thirty years providing services to the elderly in Greene County and Northeast Arkansas. She is a member of the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary and East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging Advisory Council. Kay and her husband Harlan recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They have three daughters and nine grandchildren. 

Chuck Lemmons - Assistant Funeral Director / Preplanning Consultant
Chuck Lemmons has lived in Paragould for 8 years. He spent most of that time working in advertisement and insurance in Northeast Arkansas. He and his wife Christy have two children, Cole and Eden, and are members of Hillcrest Church of Christ. Having lost several family members in the past few years, Chuck feels that God has given him a true passion for helping others during this life changing moment. He is currently serving as an apprentice funeral director and is actively looking forward  to helping the people of Greene County.
