Jerry Don Osbon

Jerry Don Osbon, 66, of Paragould, AR passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at St. Bernards Medical Center.  He was born December 13, 1948 to John and Ila Mae Osbon.  Jerry was retired from Emerson Electric.  He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with family.  Jerry was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Charles Osbon; sisters, Joan Ezell, Betty Weatherford, Oma Lee Thrasher, Norma Rae Baker, Shirley White, and Wilma Frair.

Survivors include his wife, Wilma Osbon of the home; sons, Tommy and his wife, Sandra Jordan of Marmaduke, and Daren Jordan and his fiancée, Amber Shipman of Paragould; brother, Elgie Osbon of Paragould; sister, Joanne Lonney of Marmaduke; grandchildren, Ashley and Josh Fox of Arlington, TN, Tony and Elizabeth Jordan of Cash, AR, Dexter Jordan of Marmaduke, Tyler Jordan of Paragould, Lexi Jordan of Paragould, Kylee Jordan of Marmaduke, Sammy Jordan of Marmaduke, and Chase Jordan of Paragould; great grandchildren, Bell Fox of Arlington, TN, Daris Jordan of Marmaduke, and Gavin Fox of Arlington, TN; many nephews, nieces and extended family.

The family will receive friends 12:00p.m. to 2:00p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Kim Bridges officiating.  Burial will follow at Harvey’s Chapel Cemetery in Marmaduke.

Pallbearers will be Tony, Dexter, Sammy, Lexi and Kylee Jordan and Josh Fox.

Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Carter, Elgie Osbon, and Melvin Sonney.
