This breaks my heart. I knew Kelsey when she was a very young girl and went to Woodrow Wilson. I always loved her smile and happiness. Today I still have a very special picture she drew just for me. She had went to the Zoo and when she got back, she drew me a picture of an elephant in his pen. It is beautiful. I also remember her always making glasses out of paper. She loved glasses. RIP beautiful girl you will be missed.
