Marvin Joe Cook

Marvin Cook, 65, of Paragould, AR passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 at St. Bernards Medical Center.  He was born October 28, 1949 to Clarence and Maudie Cook.  Marvin retired from the Frito Lay maintenance department.  One of his favorite past times was camping and fishing with his grandchildren.  Marvin loved working on his antique tractors.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, John and Alfred Cook; sisters, Peggy Weaver and Sherlene Opar.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Cook; step sons, Sean Haff and his wife Shannon, and Nick Haff; step daughter, Jamie Brown; brothers and sisters in law, Sam and Jean Cook, George and Reva Cook, Gary and Carol Cook, James and Terry Cook; sisters and brothers in law, Mary and Junior Blankenship, Sally Shepard, and Martha and Rubin Rodriguez; grandchildren, Hayes Haff, Jarrett Brown, and Taylor Haff; and a close friend, Charles Pedigo.

The family will receive friends 1:00p.m. to 2:00p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Phillips Funeral Home.  A memorial service with military honors will follow at 2:00p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home.
