Russell Earl Wall

Russell Earl Wall, 74, of Paragould, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018.  He was born October 28, 1943, in Bono, to H.E. and Lucinda Wall.  He loved to go to cattle sales and was always looking for a great deal.  He enjoyed playing with his grandchildren.  He worked as the maintenance and grounds keeper at the Greene Co Courthouse for Judge Pillow and Judge Dollars for eight years.

Russell was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Diann Wall; brothers, Jack, Donald, Mack and Jewell Wall; sisters, Dean Clayton, Catty Adams, Orine Carr, LaVern Bobo and Ima Jean Wall.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Tim and Debbie Wall; brother and sister in law, Gerald and Betty Wall; sister and brother in law, Sue and Bill Wade; grandchildren, Sara and Nathan Gramling, Justin and Daniel Wall; and great grandchildren, Macullay Gramling, Gatlin Wall, Lochlann Gramling, Marygold Gramling and Weston Wall.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be Thursday, April 12, at 11 a.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Gramling officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Zion cemetery.

Pallbearers include his friends, Rick Fletcher, Nathan McClelland, Clint Mangrum, Jimmy
Allred, Loyd Clayton and Roy Dacus.  Honorary Pallbearers include his nephews,nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
