Crystal Rena (Sims) Wheeler

Crystal (Sims) Wheeler, 38, of Paragould, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019.  She was born December 7, 1981, to Charles “Jr.” Sims and Diane Songer.  Crystal was always a very passionate person and when she found a new passion she gave it all of her attention. Whether it was babies, puppies, or the beach, she always chose to share those passions with the world. Crystal had an indescribable way of making you feel loved with very little effort at all. Anytime you talked to her you knew she had a place for you in her heart.

Crystal was preceded in death by her father, Jr. Sims; brother, Stephen Sims; paternal grandparents, Charles and Ann Sims; and maternal grandparents, Roy and Dorothy Steed.

Survivors include her husband, Scott Wheeler; sons, Braxton Hood, Zane Maddox Wheeler, and Scott Kreed Wheeler; mother and step father, Diane and Terry Songer; and sister, Carrie Sims.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 16, from 6:00  p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be Tuesday, December 17, at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Terry Songer officiating.  Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery.
