Debra J. Williams, 66, of Paragould, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019, at her residence. She was born April 5, 1952, in Paragould, to Billie Joe and Betty Lou Garmroth. Debbie was a local hair stylist for 45 years; she also held a degree in dietetics. She enjoyed Jazzercise and never missed a class. Debbie loved God, her family, and just loved people in general. She was an outgoing person whose personality and smile lit up the room. Debbie was a longtime member of Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Williams; son and daughter in law, Chad and Shannan Prince; daughter and son in law, Lora and Eric Crossno; sisters and brothers in law, Linda and Dorian Gray, Pamela and David Ridge; grandchildren, Hunter Prince, Alex Prince, and Karlee Jo McCarty; and two great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday night from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church with Royce Boling and Lynn Garmroth officiating. Services are under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Brown’s Chapel Cemetery.
Casey Gray, Mike Dortch, Hunter Prince, Cody Dortch, Clifton Garmrath, and Steve Garmrath will serve as pallbearers. Dorian Gray, David Ridge, Alex Prince, Johnny Distretti, Terry Smith, and Harold Diggs will serve as honorary pallbearers.
