Robert "Bob" Wade Shirley, Jr.

Robert “Bob” W. Shirley, Jr., 65, of Paragould, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019, at his residence.  He was born January 20, 1954, to Robert Shirley, Sr. and Millie Shirley.  Bob worked and retired after 38 years from Razorback Concrete.  He was a member of Union Baptist in Okolona, Mississippi.  Bob was an avid NASCAR fan and a fisherman. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his sons, Rob Page, and his fiancé, Keri Farmer,  and Jacob Page and his wife, Amber; brother, John Shirley and his wife, Carla; and sisters, Patricia Shirley and Susan Horne and her husband, Tony; grandchildren, Balee Page, Katee Page, and Keagan Farmer; and special family, Ronnie and Brenda Nance.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 27, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Clark officiating.  Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.

Matt Horne, Tony Horne, Jack Powell, Pat Shirley, Rob Page, and Brad Poe will serve as pallbearers.  The staff of Razorback Concrete will serve as honorary pallbearers.
