Stanford A. Quinn

Stanford A. Quinn, 87, of Paragould, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019. He was born March 27, 1932, in Trumann, AR, to Eury and Ruby Quinn. Stan was an avid music lover and dancer. He worked for the Senior Bees for many years. Stan was a good-hearted family man and enjoyed the companionship and friendship of his dogs.

Stan was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sandy Quinn; sons, Leroy Allen Quinn, Robert Wayne Quinn; brothers, Huey Quinn, Junior Quinn, Chuck Quinn, Arlie Quinn; and three great-granddaughters; and one great-great-granddaughter.

Survivors include his sons and daughter in law, Edward and Candy Quinn, Jack Quinn; daughters, Amii Quinn, Elaine Maness; brother, Tommy Quinn; twenty-seven grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; dancing partner, Glenda Fields; and a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 12, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Saturday, July 13, at 10:00 a.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Danny Pace officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.

Stan’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Don Powers will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
