Adam Heath Loar, 43, of Marmaduke, Arkansas, passed away in Benton, Arkansas, on August 20, 2025. Adam was born on February 17, 1982, in Paragould, Arkansas, to Curtis Loar and Janet Myles. He grew up in Marmaduke, where he spend his childhood making memories with family and friends. A 2000 graduate of Marmaduke High School, Adam carried his pride and his hometown throughout his life. Adam had a kind heart, a larger-than-life personality, and a laugh that could fill a room. He was the type of person who would help anyone in need, always willing to give the shirt off his back. He loved to spend time outdoors fishing, ridding the golf cart, playing sports, and working with wood. Adam especially loved coaching sports, watching his children play them- his greatest joy and proudest accomplishment in life was being their father. His creativity, energy, and joy for life left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Survivors include his wife, Kacy Loar; sons, Landon Loar, Maddoux Loar; daughter, Harper Binx Loar; mother, Janet Myles; father, Curtis Loar; brother, John Loar; grandmother, Sue Loar; and niece, Carly Loar.

He is preceded in death by his Pa, Parrish Evans; his Ma, Jody Evans; and stepfather, Phillip Myles.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. A graveside service under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be at Cudd Cemetery in Marmaduke, Arkansas, on Wednesday, August 27, at 10:00 a.m. with Tim Wooldridge officiating.

John Loar, Landon Loar, Maddoux Loar, Don Billips, Shawn Doty, and Tim Stacy will serve as pallbearers.

Adam left this world too soon, but the family takes comfort in knowing that through his faith in the Church of Christ, he is now at peace and in the presence of his Lord and Savior.
