Andrea Rachelle Bullinger, 32, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021. She was born June 23, 1988, to Scott and Debbie Parker. Andrea enjoyed shopping with her babies and mother. She loved going out to eat as a family and liked to pick up pecans. She really enjoyed her job and being around her co-workers. Andrea loved her family very much.
Andrea was preceded in death by her father, Scott Parker, grandparents, Delois Grooms, Billy Swindle, Judy Parker, and Lloyd Parker.
Survivors include  her husband of 11 years, Matthew Bullinger; mother and stepfather, Debbie and Wendell Mangrum; son, Dominick Chamberlain; daughters, Josilyn McCollum, Kylie Bullinger; sister and brother in law, Tiffany and James Stanley; nieces, Jade and Lauren Stanley; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and other family members.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 3, from noon until 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Linwood Cemetery.
