Anita Mae Martin, 93, passed away at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center on January 15, 2014. She was born on October 17, 1920 to Fred and Emma Widmer. Anita was a long time member of Christ United Methodist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother John Edward Widmer.Anita is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Karla Martin; a sister, Alma Cox; a brother and sister-in-law, Eugene and Freddie Widmer and a grandchild, Cody.The family will receive friends Saturday January 18, 2014 at Phillips Funeral Home from 12 - 2 p.m. Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel at Phillips Funeral Home with Rev. Everett Isom oficiating. Burial will be at Greene County Memorial Gardens.Pallbearers will include Richard Cox, Joe Cox, Dennis Cox, Phillip Widmer, David Martin and J.L. Roy. Honary Pallbearers will include Joe DeHart and Rick Valentine.
