Anthony James Haggard, 53, of Paragould, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021.  He was born March 4, 1968, in Covington, Louisiana, to Cecil, Jr. and Sandra Haggard.  Anthony was a retired powerlifter.  He worked at Monroe Warehouse until 1996.  He attended the University of New Orleans from 2000 to 2005.  Anthony's hobbies included mechanical engineering.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Janette Haggard; son, Derrick Haggard; brother, Thomas (Michelle) Haggard; sisters, Tina (Glen) Monteith and Candy Haggard; half sister, Andie Conine; uncle, Arvil Richard Haggard and his wife, Sonja.
