Anthony "Tony" Wayne Moody passed away on August 11, 2026, in Paragould, Arkansas. He was born on May 24, 1966, in St. Louis, Missouri. Tony brought a radiant energy and an unmistakable presence to the lives of those around him, remembered as both loud and outgoing—a personality that made friends quickly and never faded into the background.

Tony is survived by his loving mother, Peggy Moody; his children, Anthony "T.J." Moody, Jr. and Jasmine Moody; his brother, Scott Moody; and grandson, Nolan Moody, a role he dearly cherished and spoke of with immense pride.

He is preceded in death by his father, Teddie Moody.

Throughout his life, Tony found profound joy in simple pleasures and treasured hobbies. He delighted in float trips and canoeing. His curiosity led him to collect arrowheads; each find a reminder of history and adventure. Tony also expressed himself through drawing, capturing moments and memories with skill and passion.

Of all his life’s passions, nothing surpassed his love for being a grandfather. Tony’s time with Nolan was marked by laughter, stories, and an abundance of affection, creating memories that will be forever cherished by his family.
