Austin Gregory Stokes, 17, of Paragould passed away September 25, 2011. He was born December 15, 1993 in Paragould to Gregory and Barbara Stokes.  Austin was a junior at Crowley's Ridge Academy, he enjoyed playing his guitar, video games and spending time with his friends.  He was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ.  Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, Walter Stokes and William Johns.  He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Hannah Stokes of the home and Kimberly Stokes of Paragould; grandmothers, Charlene Stokes and Martha Johns both of Paragould; aunts and uncles, Geoffrey (Teresa) Stokes, Debbie (James) Thompson, Nancy (Ted) Spillman and Cindi Ritchardson and one niece, Hallie Gilmore.

The family will receive friends 6-9 PM, Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Center Hill Church of Christ. Funeral services will be 10 AM, Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Center Hill Church of Christ with Gary Cremeens officiating.  Burial will follow at Croft Cemetery.  The family would appreciate any memorial donation made to Crowley's Ridge Academy 606 Academy Drive Paragould, AR  72450.
