Barbara Ann Franklin passed away on May 9, 2026, in Alton Illinois.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James “Jim” and Christine “Chris” Franklin. As well as her brother, Mikey Franklin.

Barbara is survived by her loving children; Alicia Kammeyer (Wes), Chelsea Wagner, and Timothy Wagner; her brothers, Carey, Donald, and Ronald Franklin; and sister, Terry Cole.
