Barbara Ann Fultz, 77, of Paragould, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. She was born January 6, 1947, to Linden and Neva Clark. Barbara loved animals and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Verlin Fultz; and daughter, Bridgette Rischar; sons, Stephen Evans, and Bradley Fultz.

Survivors include her sisters, Linda Routon, Reba Watson; and grandson, Dylan Rischar.

A graveside service under the directions of Phillips Funeral Home will be held on Friday, February 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Linwood Cemetery with Albert Camp officiating.
