Becky June Wright, 84, of Lafe, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024. She was born April 7, 1939, to Samuel and Martha Malone. Becky was a loving mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willis "Pete" Wright; son, Buddy Wallace Brown; and eleven siblings.

Survivors include her son, Jerry Brown (Bernadine); daughters, Debbie Brown and Nicole Wright; sister, Reva Nell Hill (Howard); and grandchildren, Cory Brown, Mandy Perry, Caitlin Owens, Sara Cole, Samuel Johnston, Kennedy Wright, and Lane Wright; and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 4, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Gary Morris officiating. Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery.
