Hazel Betty Jean Noel, affectionately known as Betty, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on June 13, 1943, in Biggers, Arkansas. Betty spent an admirable 30 years working at Monroe, where she was not only a valued employee but also a friend to many.

A woman of faith, Betty was a regular attendee of Southside Community Church, where her presence was a source of comfort and inspiration to fellow congregants. Her spiritual devotion was a guiding light in her life.

Traveling was one of Betty's greatest pleasures, and she embraced the opportunity to explore new places with open arms. Flea markets held a special place in her heart, as she delighted in the thrill of finding hidden treasures and antiques.

A gifted photographer, Betty had an eye for capturing the beauty in the mundane and the extraordinary alike. Her photographs are cherished keepsakes that tell the story of a life lived with intention and joy.

Above all, Betty was a family woman. She cherished family gatherings, where her laughter was infectious, and her warmth drew people together. Her love for her family was the cornerstone of her existence, and she nurtured those relationships with every fiber of her being.  She enjoyed taking family photographs and cherished them as priceless keepsakes.
