Billy H. Lancaster, 90, of Paragould, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. He was born January 15, 1932, to Roy and Maudie Lancaster. Billy enjoyed fishing, bird hunting, and loved to fix things in his garage. He was an Army Veteran that served in the Korean War. Billy was a member of the Masonic Lodge in South Bend, IN. He did masonary work in construction, was the owner and operator of Oak Grove Realty and Lancaster construction, and co-owner of The Boot Store for 55 years.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; son, Randy Lancaster; sister, Betty Schnabel; grandson, Rodney Lancaster, II; and granddaughter, Bridgett Jones.

Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Pearl Lucille Lancaster; son, Dr. Rodney Lancaster (Jackie); sisters, Alma Jean Cox (William), Donna Ashburn, Kitty Barns; grandchildren, Kimberly Jones (Shane), Jacob Lancaster (Tessa), Katelyn Isom (Ed Jr.), Laura Hyten (Darrell), Chris Keasler, Randy Leigh Hall; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday September 26, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Packy Magel officiating. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.

Ed Isom, Jr., Chris Keasler, Jacob Lancaster, Darrell Hyten, Chris Epperson, and Shane Jones will serve as pallbearers. Bill Layne will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
