Billy Joe Oost, 83, of Paragould, passed away February 17, 2021.  He was born October 10, 1937, in Paragould, to Boswell and Clara Oost.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kevin Oost; brother, Charles Sonny Oost; and sister, Ann Bateman.

Survivors include his daughters and son in law, Pam and Frank Pokrywcznski, and Tonya and Jim Kelly; son and daughter in law, Billy, Jr. and Lisa Oost; brother and sister in law, Johnny and Debra Oost; sister and brother in law, Pat and James Wilson; grandchildren, Tayor Oost, Becca Oost, Tabitha Kelly, Stephanie Kelly, Samantha Kelly, Riley Kelly, Nikki Pucci, Gina Pucci, Sarita Rechlicz, and Toni Shideler; and numerous great grandchildren; stepchildren, Becky Jones, Vickie Granell, Deb Branham, Jim Jones, Tom Jones (Leslie) and Steve Richards.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 20, from 6:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with James Hays officiating.  Burial will be at Brown's Chapel Cemetery.
