Billy Wayne Yow, 89, of Paragould, passed away Friday, October 02, 2020.  He was born October 1, 1931, in Paragould, to Homer and Irene Yow.  Billy was an Army veteran and worked at Emerson for over 30 years.  He enjoyed gardening and working on anything mechanical.  Billy was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church at Lake City.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Thelma Dodson; and brothers, Homer Harold Yow and Owen Yow.

Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Freda Yow; brother, Woody Yow; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service with military honors under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 5, at Linwood Cemetery with Leon Harvey officiating.
