Bobby Letroy Smith, 84. of Paragould, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. He was born April 19, 1939, to Mildred and Edith Smith. Bobby enjoyed building dirt track race cars and going coon and deer hunting. He enjoyed riding and taking care of mules. He loved cheering for the Los Angeles Lakers and Kansas City Chiefs. Bobby enjoyed going to his grandchildren's ball games and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shirley Smith; son-in-law, Steve Edgar; and brothers, Curt Smith, Russell Smith and M. E. Smith.

Survivors include his sons, Kenny Smith, Kerry Don Smith, Kelly Smith; daughter, Kendra Edgar; brothers, David Smith, Donald Ray Smith; sisters, Wilma Barr, Loretta Fuller, Carolyn Rowland; grandchildren, Cody Smith, Kaylee Edgar, Matthew Edgar, Drew Richardson; and great-granddaughter, Alexis Smith.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 21, at Phillips Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be on Monday, January 22, at 10:00 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Tim Wooldridge officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
