Brenda Kay Stokes, born on February 25, 1964, in Paragould, Arkansas, departed this life on February 6, 2026, in Piggott, Arkansas. Throughout her life, Brenda lived with a zest for experiences that brought joy and meaning to her days. She was well-known for her love of shopping and traveling, embracing life's adventures with enthusiasm and warmth.

As a devoted mother, Brenda cherished every moment spent with her son, Casey. She was an ever-present supporter in his life, never missing any of his activities, and instilled in him the values of family and perseverance. Her legacy lives on through her beloved family, which includes her son and daughter-in-law, Casey and Brandy Stokes, her brothers, Joe Walker (Lori) and Jessie "Pudge" Walker (Tina), and her cherished grandchildren, Carmen Diles (Chandler) and Colby Stokes; step-grandchildren, Lexy Nees (Scott) and Tyler Harley (Kylie), and her great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life: Knox and Silas Diles, Levi and Paisley Tanner, Payton, Kennedy, Lawson Nees, and Andi Harley.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Joe and Nora Glenavee Walker.

A visitation will be held in her honor on February 14, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home. This will be followed by a memorial service celebrating her life at 3:00 PM with Charles Richardson officiating.
