Carl Gene Hill, 80, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018.  He was born January 13, 1937, in Houston, Arkansas, to Elmer and Grace Hill.  Carl proudly served in the United States Navy for over 20 years.  He was a Chief Petty Officer.  Carl took great pride in his service to his country.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Jefferson Davis Hill and Jerry Hill.

He is survived by his guardian, Charles Willis, and a host of cousins and friends.

A graveside service with full military honors will take place Monday, January 15, at May Cemetery in Houston, Arkansas, with Charles Willis officiating.
