Carol Jean Chapman, 77, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017.  She was born May 8, 1939, in Canton, Ohio, to the late Edwin and Cora Shuey.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 48 years, Richard Chapman, Jr.; and a granddaughter, Tiffany Chapman.

Survivors include her sons, Jim, Bill, and Stacy Chapman; daughters, Patty Rannals, and her husband, John, and Kay Abernathy; brothers, Tommy Shuey; sisters, Donna Sell, Peggy, and Cindy; grandchildren, Chase Rannals, J.R. Rannals, Candice Chapman, Jerimiah Chapman, Shannon Chapman, Little Bill Chapman, Kenny Chapman, Tylan Chapman, and Eric Chapman; and several great grandchildren.
