"In the end, it's not the years in your life, but the life in your years" remains proudly displayed in the home of Carol Ann Flickinger.

Carol was born to Ronald and Elanore Flickinger on March 27, 1958, in Bellflower, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles.  Carol passed away unexpectedly on July 23, 2021, at her home in Paragould, AR.

Carol was a longtime employee of Teleflora and loved her Teleflora family.  Carol was known for her gentle and kind heart. She was loved and admired by those who knew her and will be missed beyond words.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Tom and Rhonda.

Survivors include her wife, Lisa Porter; sister, Tanya Moore; nephews, Chris Dilley, R.J. Dilley, and Andrew Stroup; nieces, Tammy Sue Flickinger, Kristen Stroup, and Monica Bland. She also had an extensive surrogate family, as she was a "mother" to so many.

In lieu of flowers, Carol was a supporter of veterans and animal charities and she would love to know there were donations on her behalf.

A memorial service will be Friday, August 6, at 4 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.
