Chad Michael Highfill, 43, of Paragould went to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 2, 2015.  He was born in Paragould, December 8, 1971, to Lindy Wayne and Connie Jean Highfill.  Chad was of Baptist faith.  He loved the outdoors and was the owner of Highfill Auto Sales.  He was an avid motorcycle rider.  He was a talented writer and singer.  Chad had a talent for making people laugh and he loved singing karaoke.   He was a 1990 graduate of Paragould High School.  Chad adored and took care of his family.  Chad was a kind, loving soul that will be greatly missed.

Preceding him in death was his father; grandparents, Bruce Highfill, Jr. and Lola Highfill; and aunt, Bonnie Wyatt.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Connie Jean Taylor Highfill and Lannie Ferrell; grandparents, Royce and Delores Taylor and Carolyn Ford Highfill; fiancée, Mary Friend and her children, Christopher and Blake Keeling, and her grandchildren, Mason and Waiden Keeling; uncles and aunts, Terry Taylor, Linda Weatherford, David and Tammy Hogan, Donnie and Dodty Highfill, and Beverly Biggs; nephews, Jason Taylor and Jacob Weatherford; cousins, Angie, Tashia, Melanie, Courtney, John, Jeremy, and Cory; and a host of other family members and close friends.

The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2015, at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2015, in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Phillip Keeling officiating.  Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.

Jamie Poff, Ronald Hopper, Danny Felty, Joe Poteet, Ronnie Montgomery, Bobby Clift, Danny Camp, Mac Crawford, Ronnie Brown, and Brett Hoyer will serve as pallbearers.
