Charles Lee Boozer, 67, of Paragould, passed away Friday, December 23, 2022.  He was born September 21, 1955, in Walcott, to Mayo and Anna Boozer.  After proudly serving in the United States Navy, Charles was an independent owner/operator truck driver.  He adored his grandchildren and quality time was spent on building projects with them.  The grandchildren would ask Charles to "Wiggle your nose" and a hot wheel would just happen to appear.  He was a loving family man.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; his in-laws, Avon and Claries Davis; and grandson, Brandon Rouse.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Diane Boozer; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Kendra Street; daughters and sons-in-law, Christy and Doug Price, Anna and Ryan Clark, Jana and Billy Tyler; brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Darlene Boozer; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Gary Scott; grandchildren, Scott, Lacey, JaLee, Elsie, Landon, Jude, and Gage; and great-grandchild, Jasper.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 27, from noon until service time at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Dennis Strope officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
