Charles "Junior" Scott, 58, of Paragould, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023. He was born January 15, 1965, to Charles and Serena Scott. Charles won several medals at The Special Olympics. He enjoyed spending time at Norfork Lake and doing jigsaw and brain teasing puzzles. He like watching old tv shows, especially John Wayne movies. He enjoyed hitting golf balls, watching golf, and listening to geese flying over. Above all, Charles loved his family and was a kind, gentle person.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Drew Scott.

Survivors include his sisters, Carla Tackkett (Monty), Kelly Adkerson (Greg), Shera Scott; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 29, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. A procession will leave Phillips Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. for a graveside service at Lorado Cemetery.

Greg Adkerson, Cameron Adkerson, Monty Pierce, Hayden Cooper, and Bret Fuller will serve as pallbearers.
