Chester Diann Hoggard was born December 7th, 1950, to Leroy "Red" and Flora Sue Vines.  She passed from this life on June 10th, 2018.  Diann was very proud to be a Licensed Practical Nurse for several years.  She was also very proud to be a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and thoroughly enjoyed "grandmothering" her babies.

Diann was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Roger Fairbanks.

She is survived by her sons, Justin (Lori) Hoggard and their children, Dylan, Zac, and Lilly Hoggard; Lucas (Angie) Hoggard and their children, Charity (Chris) Wood and their son, David, Samantha (Jon) Hawkins and their children, Bailey, Tucker, and Amelia, Lorena and Colin Hoggard and Katie Sanders; and her daughter, Jodi (Robert) Miller and their children, Jackson Coffey, his son Finn, and Jordain Coffey.  She is also survived by her sisters, Avis Fairbanks, Sharon Klebofski, Carmen Busby, and Dana Conover; brothers, William Vines and Timothy Vines, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 16, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Paragould at 10:00 am followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am.
