Christine Roberta Cooper - October 6, 2012 Christine Roberta Cooper, 69, of Paragould passed away October 6, 2012 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born in Sikeston, MO on June 13, 1943 to Cecil and Florence Massey. She attended Grandview Freewill Baptist Church in Maynard, AR. Christine loved to crochet and she was a wonderful cook. Preceding her in death were her parents; one daughter, Robin Armstrong; two brothers, Jack and Charles Massey; three sisters, Thelma Gilbow, Margaret Buttrauma, and Dora Eakes.She is survived by one son, Woodrow Cooper, Jr. of Maynard, AR; three daughters, Lola Nishimura of St. Louis, Mo, Ronda Wolff of Maynard, AR, and Tanya McCarty of Paragould; one brother, Phillip Massey of Pocahontas, AR; one sister, Margie Shipp of Hillsboro, MO; and 49 loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Phillips Funeral Home. Roger Smith will be officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
