CJ Joshua Dunigan, 26, of Paragould passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016.  He was born September 23, 1989, in Cardwell, MO, to Carl and Mary Dunigan.  CJ was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He was a Razorback and Denver Broncos fan.  CJ was full of life, he made people laugh, and a good time was had by all when he was around.  CJ was a grill master.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.  CJ was a loving, caring man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

CJ was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Jeanette Newman; grandfather, Joe Dunigan; father in law, Scott Roach; and uncle, Terry Newman.

Survivors include his wife of 6 years, Wendy Dunigan; daughter, Khloe Elizabeth Dunigan; parents, Carl and Mary Dunigan; grandmother, Mary Faye Johnson; brothers, Elijah and Alex Dunigan; sisters, Crystal and Hailey Dunigan; nephew, Brasher Smith; nieces, Blakelee and Brylee Dunigan.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 11, 2016, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with CJ's uncles, Tommy and Teddy Newman, officiating.  Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.

Todd Smith, Trey Newman, Chris Newman, Logan Crossno, Tommy Newman, Jr., Thomas Cook, Ronnie Roberts, and Kevin Brock will serve as pallbearers.  Randy Roach, Anthony Vowels, Chad Newman, Sean Newman, and the 2007-2008 Paragould High School Football Team will serve as honorary pallbearers.
