Clara Helen Howe Williams 74, of Lafe, passed away at her residence December 25, 2014. She was born January 22, 1940 to the late John and Eula Howe in Stonewall, Arkansas. Mrs. Williams enjoyed working in her flower bed, and watching wildlife while sitting on the porch. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Dewey Williams; one son, Scott Williams; two brothers , Gary Howe and Jay L. Howe. Survivors include three sons and daughters in law, Franklin and Virginia Williams, Marty and Phyllis Williams, and Johnny Williams; Daughter, Terri Williams; brothers, Dan Howe and Alvie Howe; sisters, Martha Laroe, Sharon Howard, and Mary Hart; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.The family will receive friends Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 6:00pm-8:00 pm at Phillips Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, December 29, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with David Stallings officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery.Serving as pallbearers will be Mathew Williams, Daniel Bulkley, Todd Williams, Justin Williams, Tanner Williams, and Hunter Williams.
