Clinton Edward Carter, 42, of Rector, Arkansas, passed away December 13, 2013 at his residence. Clinton was born April 12, 1971 to Clifton and Margie Carter. He was an avid Cardinal and Razorback fan and was a member of the Marmaduke General Baptist Church.Preceding Clint in death was a nephew, Johnathan Healy.His survivors include his parents, Clifton and Margie Carter; one son, Zachary Carter of Marmaduke; one daughter and son-in-law, Kailee and Matthew Zorn of Rector, Arkansas; brother and sister-in-law, Clifton Jr. and Darla Carter; sisters and brother-in-law, Penny and Kenard Johnson and Tammy Carter; one grandchild, Paisley Carter.The family will receive friends Monday, December 16 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, December 17 at 11:00 a.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Kenneth Hargrave, Kim Bridges, and Nicholas Carter officiating. Burial will be in Harvey's Chapel Cemetery.Serving as Pallbearers will be Jimmy Pace, Mike Carter, Dale Parrish, Keith Timms, Allen Carey, and Eijah Carter.
