Crystal Fletcher, 43, of Paragould, departed this life on Monday, October 10, 2022, in Cancun, MX. She was born November 23, 1978, in Paragould, AR.

Crystal began her nursing career at Black River Technical College. Crystal was the class Secretary of her LPN class and graduated December 2011. She graduated with her RN degree in December 2017. She worked as a Clinical Nursing Adjunct Instructor from 2019-2020 at BRTC. She became an ICU nurse working passionately taking care of her patients and became their family when no one could visit. Crystal was the model student, nurse, and instructor. She treated every individual she met with great respect and made them feel their value.

Crystal was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, B.L. (Hoss) and Ollie Wallace; and paternal grandfather, James McClung.

Survivors include her husband, Corey Fletcher, mother, Marsha Wallace of Paragould; father, Tony McClung of Piggott; bonus father and mother, Larry and Vicki Griggs; maternal grandmother, Wilma Scott of Piggott; sons, Jade Moore of the U.S. Navy, Kyle Traywick of Paragould, Tyler (Jordan) Fletcher of Paragould, Tanner Fletcher of Paragould; daughters, Tiffany Traywick of Jonesboro, Erika Traywick of Paragould; brother, Lee McClung of Paragould; sisters, Crystal Lynn (Teddy) Hallmark, Kimberly (Shane) Jones, and Emily Hendren all of Paragould; grandchildren, Bleddyn Bricker, Evie Bricker, Marabelle Nell Fletcher, Oaklyn Fletcher, Oliver "Ollie" Davis, Braxton Goode; father and mother in law, Jim and Joyce Fletcher; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other family members and friends that loved her dearly.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 16, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Monday, October 17, at 10:00 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Packy Magel officiating. Burial will follow at Clark's Chapel Cemetery.

Todd Harris, Trent Frances, Brad Bouland, Dwayne Gibson, Josh Greene, and Bucky Beasley will serve as pallbearers.  Danny Felty, Jeff Greene, John Henery, Buck Phillips, Michael Oost, Tim Pollock, Todd Stokes, Shannon Coleman, Hunter Horton, Eddie Howard, Matt Horne, and Kirk Coward will serve as honorary pallbearers.
