Curtis Liddell, 75, of Paragould passed away July 5, 2014 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born March 17, 1939 in Paragould to the late Clyde and Flossie Liddell. He worked for 40 years at International and Case I.H. Curtis was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.Preceding him in death were his parents; one son, Craig Liddell; and four brothers, Austin, Eugene, Melvin, and infant Randy Liddell. The family will receive friends Monday, July 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Services will be Tuesday, July 8, at 1:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Larry McFadden and Heath Vines officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be nephews Ray Liddell, Mike Smith, Keith Liddell, Lance Liddell and Marc Liddell and niece Carol Liddell. The grandchildren will be serving as honorary pallbearers. Curtis is survived by his wife, Betty Liddell; son, Ron Liddell of Paragould; daughters and son in laws, Chrissy and Heath Vines, and Sara and Kent Moser all of Paragould; one sister, Laveda Smith; six grandchildren, Zachary, Katie, and Caleb Liddell, Kayli McIlvoy, Alex and Emily Vines; and several nieces and nephews.
