David Eldon Fields - September 26, 2013 David Fields, 64 passed away September 26, 2013 at St Bernard's Medical Center. He was born December 30, 1948 in Paragould, AR to Boyce and Grace Fields. He enjoyed life, loved his family and adored his grandchildren.Preceding him in death was his father and two sisters, Sharon and Geneva.He is survived by his wife, Barbara Fields of the home; two daughters, Farrah (Jay) Lewis and Brittney Fields all of Paragould; four step children; three sisters, Venessa Greer, Bonnie Staires and Sheila York all of Paragould; four grandchildren, Ali, Landry and Ty Lewis and Lexi Bailey; eleven step grandchildren.The family will receive friends 1-2 pm Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Phillips Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2 pm Saturday, September 28, 2013 in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pine Knot Cemetery.
