David W.E. Martin, 74, of Paragould, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019.  He was born September 15, 1944, in California to Charles and Geraldine Martin.  David was a descendent of Blackfoot.  He was an avid angler and hunter.  He was a member of Robb's Chapel Baptist Church.  Above all, David loved his family and cherished time spent with his children and grandchildren.

David was preceded in death by his parents; step father, Benny Taylor; sister, Diane Drope; brother, Donnie Martin; half brother, Alvin Taylor; daughter, Donna Anderson; and dog, Princess.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Yvonne Martin; bonus children, Stephen Potter, JoAnn Whitley, Judy Potter-Maurizi and her husband, Marty, and Angie Spencer; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and his dog, Baby.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 19, from noon until service time at Robb's Chapel Baptist Church. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with John Miller and Royce Boling officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.

Marty Maurizi, Kenny Harris, Steve Potter, Brent Maurizi, Daniel Potter, and Garrett Potter will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers include Edgar Miller, Dean Wooldridge, Angie Spencer, and Charles Martin.
