David Allen Sessum of Lafe Arkansas passed away June 24, 2014 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. He was born in Lafe Arkansas to Roy and Roma Lee Sessum on December 14, 1955. He operated Sessum Roofing for fifteen years. He enjoyed fishing and taxidermy. David was a member of Lafe Baptist Church.Preceding him in death was his father, Roy Sessum.David is survived by his wife, Victoria Sessum of the home; sons, Dustin Sessum of the home and Nicholas Calvert of Wisconsin; one daughter Katie Kloepfer of the home; mother, Roma Sessum; brother and sister in law, Terry and Cherrie Sessum; sisters, Lana and her husband Rick Asplund and Vicky Orphan.The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Lafe Baptist Church. Funeral Services will begin at 11:30 a.m. with David Poe officiating. Burial will follow in Cardwell Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Phillips Funeral Home.
