Debbie D. Mangrum, 63, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025.  She was born July 14, 1961, in Orlando, FL, to Billy and Delois Swindle.  Debbie showed her love for her family by the delicious meals she prepared.  Reflecting on the past, she enjoyed telling stories about her life.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Andrea Bullinger.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Wendell Mangrum; daughter, Tiffany Stanley (James); brother, Tony Swindle (Brandy); sister, Tammy Culwell (Tim); and cherished grandchildren, Jade Stanley, Josilyn McCollum, Lauren Stanley, Dominick Chamberlain, and Kylie Bullinger.
