Debbie Conn’s journey has taken a new path.

From flesh to spirit...

From body to soul...

From earth to heaven.

Her life has been a wonderfully, beautiful dance.

The grace... the joy...the kindness and the love Debbie left

for all of us will be carried in our hearts and souls forever.

She gave so much.

Asked for so little.

Magically, touched the lives of so many.

She will be missed.

Whether it was a simple two step...

a square dance...a waltz or the watusi..

she gave it all...to all...all the time.

She accomplished so much.

From raising a mother and three little brothers...

going from a deli worker to a million-dollar store

manager with the Kroger Company.

Then managed PHA 'mini rise'...

which was some days an adult day care...

some days a 'nut house'...but always a sanctuary

for the 'less thans' and the troubled.

Debbie Conn was an accomplished woman.

She will be missed.

Deborah Conn, 73, of Paragould, passed away on August 17, 2026. She was born on December 24, 1952, in Paragould, to the late James F. and Juanita Conn.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Claude and Leo Reed; brother, Freddie Conn; and nephew, Benny Conn.

Survivors include her brothers, Greg and Beecher Conn; and sister-in-law, Cheryl Conn.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 23, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Terry Songer officiating. Burial will follow at Brown’s Chapel Cemetery.
