Debra Elaine (Morgan) Frost passed away peacefully on March 18, 2026, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born on September 26, 1955, in Winter, California, Debra lived a life marked by unwavering faith and boundless love for her family.

Throughout her years, Debra loved flower gardening, spending tranquil hours nurturing her garden with care. Her passion extended to fishing and riding her side-by-side, activities that brought her both adventure and peace. Above all, Debra cherished her boys and family, holding them close as the center of her heart.

A devout Christian woman of faith, Debra’s spirituality was a guiding force in her life, inspiring those around her with her grace, kindness, and steadfast devotion.

Debra is survived by her beloved sons, Rocky Brown (Teresa), Charlie Brown (Heather), and Morgan Brown. She also leaves behind her dedicated stepson, Joe Penny (Gina). Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Thomas Brown, Chalea Tiner, Storm Adams, Charlie Bryan Brown, Dalton Brown, Bryson Brown, Jackson Shatley, Jake Penny, and Jimmy Penny. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Skylar Beshears, Weslynn Brown, Bryer Penny, Jasper Penny, and Luke Penny, who will forever carry her spirit within their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Charles and Louise (Woods) Morgan, and her brother, James “Turtle” Morgan.

Visitation will be held on March 21, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home. This will be followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Steve Walton officiating. Burial will follow at Cardwell Cemetery.

Dustin Rowland, Jeremy Norvell, David (Stretch) Yeargain, Seth (Hoss) Burney, Bruce Merrell, and Terry Roush will have the honor to serve as pallbearers.
