Debra Lee Williams, 60 of Theodosia, MO, went to be with the Lord on October 30, 2015 at Cox Hospital in Springfield, MO. She was born February 1, 1955 in Fort McCarty, CA to Bufford and Joan Williams.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry W. Williams.

She is survived by her parents, Bufford Wayne  and Joan Lee Williams; one daughter, Joe Ann (Jeremy) Beattie of North Carolina; two brothers, James Lee Williams and Bufford Wayne Williams, JR.; one sister, Cathy Lynn Williams and five grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 11:30 am – 12:00 pm, November 3, 2015 at Phillips Funeral Home. Memorial services will begin at 12:00 pm with Joey Faust officiating.
