Delbert William Riley, 95, of Paragould, passed away on Friday, November 19th, 2021. He was born on January 10th, 1926, to Chester "C.C." and Sarah Azzie Lee Riley. Delbert was an Army Veteran and served in WWII. He enjoyed fishing and camping. Delbert was also a used car salesman. He loved to buy and trade any items.

Delbert was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Jane Stormes Riley; grandson Brent Neely; great granddaughter, Ashley Williams; brothers, Ray Riley, Earl Riley; sister, Edna Lake; sons in law, Drew Tyler, Gary Neely.

Survivors include daughters, Charlotte Lily Tyler, Sharon Kay Hollis (John), Deborah "Debi" Rae Neely; grandchildren, Paige Newboles, Andrea Tyler McConnell, Shonya Ann Hailey, Holly Michelle Trayler, John Del Hollis, Moose Tyler, Nicole Peterson, Amanda Sparks, and Derrick Neely; twelve great grandchildren; and nephews, Joel Riley and Denny Stormes.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 28, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 29, at Phillips Funeral Home with Dennis Strope officiating.  Burial with military honors will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.

John Del Hollis, Brayden Hollis, Riley Jane Hollis, Alex Newboles, Lloyd Hailey, and Joel Riley will serve as pallbearers.
