Donna Louise Forkum, 66, of Paragould, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019. She was born September 5, 1952, to Homer and Lucille Baker. Donna was a very artsy person and enjoyed decorating and painting. She loved her family and cherished the time she spent with her granddaughter, Madelyn.

Donna was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Phill Forkum; mother, Lucille Reed; daughter and son in law, Crystal and Justin Threlkeld; brother, Andy Reed; sister, Shirley Reed; and granddaughter, Madelyn Threlkeld.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 29, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Royce Boling officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.

Ron Wilkes, Terry Forkum, Jason Forkum, Michael McKinney, Jason Tritch, Michael Chrisman and Jeremy Holland will serve as pallbearers. Bob Forkum and Jim Holland will serve as honorary pallbearers.
