Donna Rebmann, 66, passed away April 6, 2014 in Paragould, Arkansas. She was born in Chicago, IL to John and Dorothy Neely on August 26, 1947. Preceded in death by her father.She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Neely; a spouse, Kevin Allen; a son, Arthur John Rebmann of Indianapolis Indiana; a brother, John Neely and a sister Linda Presnell. The family will receive friends Friday April 11, 2014 from 6 - 9 p.m. at Phillips Funeral home. Funeral Services will be Saturday April 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. in The Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Danny Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Center Hill Cemetery.
