Dorothy Dare Neely, 93, passed away November 11, 2016, at Belle Meade Nursing Home.  She was born October 24, 1923, to Harl and Sally Westbrook.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 10 siblings; her husband, John T. Neely; and a daughter, Donna Rebmann.

Survivors include her son, John Neely; one daughter, Linda K. Presnell; four grandchildren, John Neely, Jr., Shannon Brown, Brian Presnell, and A.J. Rebmann; three great-grandchildren, Jessica Neely, Justin Neely and Matilda Brown; and one great-great-grandchild, Giada Neely.

The family will receive friends 10am – 2pm on Saturday, November 19, 2016, at Phillips Funeral Home.  Funeral services will begin at 2pm, in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Center Hill Cemetery.
