Dotson Jones, 88, of Paragould, passed away June 16, 2016, at Lakeside Nursing Home.  He was born March 22, 1928, to Carmon and Grace Jones.  Dotson was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed NASCAR as well.  He was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Denzil and Eugene Jones; sisters, Pat Hill and two infants.

Survivors include Dotson's wife, Debra Jones, of the home; sons and daughters in law, Doyle and Dana Jones, of Marion, AR, David and Leigh Ann Jones, of Rector, AR, Brad and Caroline Jones, of Arlington, TX, Danny and Jamie Jaques, of Evansville, IN, Scotty and Julie Jaques, of Paragould; daughters and sons in law, Sandra Robertson, of Paragould, Sharon and Gary Sauheaver, of Sherwood, AR, Stephanie and Greg Arender, of Bono, AR; brother, Butch Jones; sisters, Janice Jones, Maxine Gray, Alene Hicks, and Carolyn Fearn; 23 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and a special friend, Joe Andrews.

A celebration of life service will be Monday, June 20, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Center Hill Chapel of Phillips Funeral Home with Terry Songer officiating.
