Dustin Michael Bushee, 43, father, loving son, and cherished brother, passed away in Paragould, AR, on August 3, 2023. Born on April 16, 1980, in Holland, MI, to Billie Peterson and the late Micheal Bushee. Dustin's life was defined by his deep love for his family, his passion for basketball, gaming, and the joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Dustin's life was enriched by the love of his family. He was a proud father to three sons, Dustin Bushee, Jr., Dylan Bushee, and Blake Wince. Dustin's children were his pride and joy. He is survived by his mother Billie Peterson, sister, Crystal (Craig) Johnson, who will remember him for his love and infectious laughter. The mother of his children, Linda Bushee, remained a close friend and co-parent, sharing in the joy of raising their sons. Dustin is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, who were all touched by his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor.

Dustin was preceded in death by his father, Micheal Bushee. He was also predeceased by his beloved grandparents, Robert and Kay Bushee, and Bill and Bertha Peterson, who filled his childhood with love and warmth. Dustin's brother-in-law, Eric Huyser, also preceded him in death.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Phillips Funeral Home from 1:00p.m. until service time at 2:00p.m. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens, with Rudy Ring officiating.
